The softphone is set up on users’ mobiles but it is not working¶
If you have completed the last step in Checklist - setting the phones - but they do not work, we recommend you do the following checks:
1. Make sure that you have confirmed Confirm IP address.
2. Make sure the user's settings are made correctly, and last but not least, that the Internet connection works.
If you have checked all these issues and the phones still do not work, submit a ticket describing the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
