Weekdays schedule (custom schedule)

In Weekdays schedule section, the standard working hours can be configured following the steps:

1. Click on New element

2. Choose the level / element for which the weekdays schedule is set (steps 1 and 2 in the image)

Please note!
Do not forget the order of applying the weekdays schedule, if you set different schedules on different levels:

1. Project
2. Inbound route
3. IVR Menu
4. PBX Queue (the schedule must not exceed the limits set by those on the upper levels)

If you do not set a schedule for Inbound route elements, they will inherit the schedule set for Project.
If the schedule on the IVR Menu level is set in the most restrictive mode, then it will override the schedules from superior level by narrowing down!
If there is a schedule set at the IVR menu level and another schedule set for a queue associated with the same IVR menu, then the queue schedule overrides the IVR menu schedule.

3. Fill in the desired weekdays schedule (steps 3, 4 and 5 in the picture)

  • If you have a standard schedule for all days of the week, then select from the drop-down list Days the All days option.
  • If the weekdays schedule is different for each day, then choose from the drop-down list Days the day for which you want to add the schedule.

4. How to edit the daily schedule further

  • add several time intervals for one day only (click on Add interval & fill in new time interval)
  • delete time intervals (check the time intervals that you want to delete & click on Save Weekdays schedule)
  • set welcome messages during and outside working hours (optional).

If you want to play specific messages for the inbound calls during working hours (Welcome message) or for the inbound calls outside working hours (Closed message) select the desired audio file for each field in the form, from the Sound files list (in which you have previously uploaded the necessary files).

5. Click on Save Weekdays schedule in order to save the schedule that you set up.
