Users performance

In this section you can retrieve real time information about:
  • the current operators status
  • ongoing or waiting calls list
  • online/offline time range per agent, with a 60 seconds update
    (working hours is necessary to be set up for the project in order for this type of report to work!)

Call duration (average or sum) is the time spent on the phone by the client, after they had listened to welcoming messages. It includes the waiting time in queue, if it is an Inbound call.

Bill duration (average or sum) is the actual time spent on the phone with the agent, if it is an Inbound call
