Schedule¶
Working hours can be configured from Settings / Schedule, per different levels.
If there are more schedules set, the PBX will take them into account in the following order:
1. Project
2. Inbound route
3. IVR Menu
4. PBX Queue
Available settings¶
- Weekdays schedule (regular working hours)
- Custom schedule (working hours for special days)
