Managing the IP Whitelist by the PBX Admin

If the IPs from which the users are connected have changed since the last update in the interface or they are going to connect remotely / from dynamic IPs, it means that the respective IPs are not whitelisted, so connecting the phones to the PBX server is no longer possible. In this case, it is necessary to update the initial IPs permissions .

IP management can be done in several ways:

1. By manually updating the IP Whitelist

Go to the Home / Information section, IP status tab and make the necessary changes:

2. By granting IP confirmation rights to the users

  • Access PBX / Users and check the Allow IP Confirm option:

  • Repeat the above steps for each user to whom you grant IP confirmation rights.

3. By providing users with a temporary link, which allows the automatic confirmation of their IP in the PBX

Remote users will click on the link to automatically confirm / save their IP in the PBX GUI.
