How to view a report on missed calls

Steps to follow in order to generate a report on missed calls:

1. Go to Call Detail Records (from menu Reports/Call Detail Records)

2. In section Call Detail Records set:

  • Reporting time range
  • Calls' direction: Direction = IN
  • Calls' status: Status = NO ANSWER
  • Click Apply
