How to take a call or transfer with priority a call waiting in a queue¶

Steps to follow in order to transfer a call waiting in a queue directly to another extension:¶
1. Click on Transfer from the displayed calls list in Home/Dashboard/Queues and callers status/Callers waiting in order to take a call with priority
2. In the field Enter extension insert user's extension for call transfer (your own extension or of another agent)
3. Click on OK
Transfer option is shown to the supervisors or to the users, based on group permissions setups:
