To set up a fallback queue in an IVR menu, follow the steps below:
1. Access PBX / IVRs¶
2. Click on the Edit menu option, in the desired IVR menu from the list¶
3. Edit the DESTINATION field, using the syntax from the example: Destination = current_queue|fallback-queue¶
- Initial destination:
- Edited destination to allow call transfer to the fallback queue:
4. Check Build and reload PBX after save and Click Save Menus¶
