How to set up a fallback queue in IVR

To set up a fallback queue in an IVR menu, follow the steps below:

1. Access PBX / IVRs

2. Click on the Edit menu option, in the desired IVR menu from the list

3. Edit the DESTINATION field, using the syntax from the example: Destination = current_queue|fallback-queue

  • Initial destination:

  • Edited destination to allow call transfer to the fallback queue:

4. Click Save Menus
