How to disable automatic recording for certain calls¶

The option to record calls can be deactivated on multiple levels in order not to record calls,:
1. On Inbound routes¶
- Access PBX/ Inbound routes and select the mentioned route
- Check Disable recording (monitor) in order to prevent from recording calls on this route
2. On Project¶
- Access Settings / Projects and select the mentioned project
- Check Disable recording (monitor) in order to prevent from recording calls on this project
3. On User¶
- Access PBX / Users and select the mentioned user
- Click Disable recording (monitor) in order to prevent from recording the outgoing calls initiated by this user
