How to disable automatic recording for certain calls

The option to record calls can be deactivated on multiple levels in order not to record calls,:

1. On Inbound routes

  • Access PBX/ Inbound routes and select the mentioned route
  • Check Disable recording (monitor) in order to prevent from recording calls on this route

2. On Project

  • Access Settings / Projects and select the mentioned project
  • Check Disable recording (monitor) in order to prevent from recording calls on this project

3. On User

  • Access PBX / Users and select the mentioned user
  • Click Disable recording (monitor) in order to prevent from recording the outgoing calls initiated by this user
