How can an unanswered call be returned to the agent who initiated the Attended transfer

If you transferred a call to another operator using the Attended transfer function (using the ** command) and the call was not answered, use the *0 command and the call will return to you instantly .

Other ways the call can be returned to the user who initiated the Attended transfer:

a) if the person to whom the transfer is made rejects the call, the call is instantly returned to the one who initiated the transfer.
b) if the person to whom the transfer is made is in another call or offline , the call is instantly returned to the one who initiated the transfer.
c) if the person to whom the transfer is made is online but does nothing , the call is automatically returned after 60 seconds.
