Direct line

To transfer incoming calls from a certain number directly to a specific queue / user , follow these steps:

  • add the caller's phone number to CRM :: Contacts
  • fill in the Direct line field with the desired destination (queue name / user name).
    E.g.: sales-queue for queues or SIP / jhon-doe for users

The chosen value overrides the default destination on the Inbound Route, allowing the call to reach the desired line directly.
The welcome messages and the call recording consent request (if active) will be played as usual.
