Home/Dashboard contains various tabs which provides general information regarding following topics:

1. Callers status and queues status in real-time

Dashboard/Detach queues can be customized by request, in order to show information and alerts depending on various parameters:

Example: Enabling DASHBOARD_GET_CHANNEL_DETAILED_INFO constant allows contacts display in*Home/Dashboard*:

2. Real-time Queue members status

4. Active channels status

Active channels can be viewed and closed if channels ''get stucked'' for various reasons:
  • the router is unplugged
  • internet connection is suddenly interrupted

When these situations occur, channels are automatically closed after a timeout of 60 minutes. Alternatively, you can click on Kill for channels that appear active.
